No one confronts evil alone

We currently live in a world where evil is pervasive. An elderly woman once told me, "The devil is walking on his last leg," and I was taken aback by the truth in her words. We have been engaged in a spiritual battle for a decade now, but its impact became truly palpable only when we confronted evil directly. Darkness has rampaged unchecked, consuming everything in its path, particularly targeting the weak and vulnerable. The film "The Ritual," featuring Al Pacino, imparted a significant lesson: we cannot combat evil in isolation. It prompts reflection on why we should believe in God and why love among us is crucial. I fear that where there is heaven, evil also exists on earth. "The Ritual" is based on one of the most documented exorcisms, where evil relentlessly tempted priests and nuns, leaving a young girl demonized and unaided. Only through unity were they able to overcome this malevolent force. Evil is always poised to exploit any doubt in faith to distort our thought processes. Therefore, we must love one another for the sake of humanity, as no one can confront evil alone.
