Finding faith

At times, finding faith can be challenging. I immerse myself in reading to understand the true meaning of faith. However, reading alone isn't sufficient; I find that praying on those tough days when everything seems confusing helps to calm my mind. It's only when my mind is at peace that I'm prepared to attend church and receive the Eucharist, reminding myself of the importance of reading the Bible, understanding, and praying. It's crucial to remain vigilant, as evil seeks to creep in and tempt me or divert my attention from what truly matters. Evil is always searching for opportunities to infiltrate. Often, it feels like we live in a world full of temptation. Yet, by surrounding myself with the Holy Spirit, goodness prevails, and with discipline I will have Jesus all around me with all his sacraments, living a holy life as God intended.
